It’s a joke app, not real

Interactive world map doesn’t load. More detailed maps have very little information.

No details. Maps are generic. Interactive map does not load.

“Physical map” does not include rivers.

Makes you pay 2 bucks for a freaking map like what

I have used this when my son was stationed overseas. I still am not sure if Kosovo is a state or a country. This is a great tool for geography

I bought this to identify the Heard Islands and McDonalds island and they’re not even labelled!! Boo! I want my money back!

Basic with little details

Paid for $2.99 version and the interactive map never loads. My internet is fine, but when I select the interactive map, I just see the loading icon and that’s it.

I haven’t downloaded the full version…as is it’s perfect for Globle.

I like how easy the app is to use, but it’s useless without updating it with the current official capitals. Burundi’s capital is Gitega, not Bujumbura; Tanzania is Dodoma, not Dar es Salaam; Sri Lanka is Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte, not Colombo.

A great reference source

This app is ok but I have some difficulties with it for example when I type something into it it only shows Certain places on it and I can’t even find around we’re I live and it is a pain so that is a reason why

This app is a nice way to learn about the location of countries around the world and is easy to navigate.

Insufficient detail and zoom capability. I paid the $1.99 for the enhanced version which is supposed to have greater zoom capabilities but I couldn’t see much difference. Give me an old fashioned paper atlas.

I frequently find some of the capitals are incorrect. You can only zoom in so far, so small especially island nations are never seen.

What good is this map, if you are looking at countries not cities. Even some countries are to small to make an appearance on this map app. This is a great map if you are not sure where North America is located to Europe.

Looking for something that provided international boundaries which this does and also zoom down to street level which this doesn’t. Can’t even find my home town in Ohio.

I use this app first when I want a quick answer to some question I have about where certain cities, states, or countries are. 5 stars!

Including territories of Independent countries to other bigger countries who want to occupy it.

Listed as iPad only but it is sized only for a phone. Very little map detail.

The fact that this app still has Swaziland and Burma tell you all you need to know. Very outdated information. Stay away.

I loved this app until I realized that there are some things that are just wrong in Africa. The capital of Côte d’Ivoire is in the wrong place and they omitted some of the largest cities on the continent (Lagos, Abidjan).

I like this app. Very helpful for building geographical literacy! I’d also suggest buying it as part of the bundle which includes a USA by state map and a by country facts database. The detailed world map is a Mercator (cylindrical) projection which of course becomes increasingly horizontally distorted as you leave the equator. The other world maps look to be of a Robinson or similar (pseudo cylindrical) projection which is a bit better. Unlike Google Earth, these world maps are entirely usable off line. Sweet! A suggestion I’d have is to make the various world maps available in a wider selection of projection types. Perhaps Boggs Eumorphic? What would really be cool is to add a true 3D globe format where you could spin the globe and zoom in on a region. This would really help with gaining a better sense of landmass and spacial relationships between regions. Thanks for designing this app!!!

My son has a map test so I wanted to download a app that would help him practice. But when I downloaded this app it was not showing the things my son needed to know Sorry but I do not prefer this app

While I liked it initially, it now only responds with ‘item not found’ to any search. Unhelpful. Looking for a better product.

First map I looked at was Alaska. Made me laugh didn’t even have Juneau, the state capital, on it. That’s really crappt

Serious lack of detail…this is no National Geographic map…very basic…

I just paid $1.95 for the upgraded version and it is still the same - no more details that I can find. Can’t find many major cities in the USA or Europe. It’s just a graphic.

Don’t bother. You can’t zoom in for more details, and no educational value since numerous countries use abbreviations instead of spelling out. Imagine that old folded up road map in your grandpa’s glove compartment…but for the whole planet

Appears to be a paper map with little detail. However it is one of very few atlases available offline. Unfortunately there is no good app available in this category.

When I got it it said 2022 but it has old capitals

Pretty good except: 1) It should include and label US state capitals 2) Swaziland is now Eswatini 3) Crimea is now part of Russia 4) Yangon is no longer the capital of Myanmar

I looked for Okinawa and it wasn’t there

Love it works great

All of the countries names are labeled in red. Taiwan is the only country that is labeled black meaning the map creators/app makers are bootlickers to China. Taiwan is a country no matter what China says you cowards.

I haven’t used this enough to write a review. But I am impressed with this app so far.

Very handy when I’m listening to the news

The app is OK except for the permanent ad at the bottom to download Voyager. When I close it, I get a Google ad that I can’t get rid of. Really annoying! Will probably delete because of this.
